a me-sized tidbit

you may notice that i use no capital letters.  you may wonder why.  you may not.  the truth is i hate capital letters.  i have capitalophobia.  don't get me wrong, i use them tons in my everyday work life (my capitalophobia is not acknowledged by my boss) but the conformity of it kills me just a little more each time i have to press the shift button.
